Reine Victoria produces wonderfully cupped, 3.5” blooms with 60+ petals decorated in rose pink with a touch of lilac. She is certainly majestic with her strong fragrance, very slender upright growth, and attention grabbing blossoms. Reine Victoria is a repeat bloomer and will reign in any garden!
