The double blooms have lovely fluted, velvety petals. Dancing in the Dark™ is a powerhouse, flowering continually from spring through late autumn. She has a mild fragrance, but produces an excessive amount of excellent cut flowers. This rose can handle a little shade.

Love this little girl

My first Dancing in the Dark was a focal point in one of my garden pots and my pride and joy for 7 years of Zone 8 Texas weather
and proved to be as tough as nails
before she finally got tired of the onslaught that our last record breaking Dallas Texas winters and adjacent extremes summers subjected her to.
I finally realized that she needed to be replaced and did so a couple of weeks ago.
My replacement arrived as always...just three bare stems...
and within the first two weeks she already had three roses blooming and was fully covered with lush leaves
even though she is sitting in a pot fully exposed to our present string of triple digit temps. that we are currently experiencing.
This rose is absolutely stunning when the sun is shining on her and makes a beautiful container plant and no need to dead head
this lady she does it herself..

I planted Dancing In The Dark on March 25, 2022. It is now April 30 and she has seven flowers and several buds. The flowers are gorgeous.
